Refund Policy

Toronto Black Educators Network (TBEN)

Toronto Black Educators Network (TBEN) is a non-profit organization. All funds collected support our programs, services, and community initiatives.

Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds will be issued for cancellation, non-use, or partial use.

Events, Workshops, and Programs
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event or program.

Refund requests received less than 7 days before the event will not be approved.

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend an event without prior notice.

Event Cancellations by TBEN
If TBEN cancels an event or program, registrants will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer their registration to a future event or program.

Donations
All donations made to Toronto Black Educators Network are non-refundable and are used to further our mission.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
